CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Low Season : 14 days prior to arrival
• High & Peak Season : 28 days prior to arrival – Ubud Chalet & Garden Villa
• High & Peak Season : 35 days prior to arrival – Pool Villa, Deluxe Pool Villa and Two Bedroom Pool Villa

• FIT : Any no-show or any cancellation made on and/or after the specified cancellation period will be subjected to one night cancellation fee.
• GIT : Any no-show and/or any cancellation and/or reduction in the number of rooms and/or in the number of nights made on and/or after the specified cancellation period will be subjected to one night cancellation fee of the total number of rooms and/or number of nights cancelled or reduced or no-show.
