- Reservation Guarantee:
A one night non refundable deposit is required as the following condition:- Low Season : 7 (seven ) days prior arrival
- High Season (July 15- August 31) : 21 (twenty one ) days prior arrival
- Peak Season (December 21 –January 05) : 30 ( thirty ) days prior arrival
- Balance payment should be settled 7 (seven) days prior arrival or refers to term of credit facility ( if applied )
- Cancellation and No Show Policy
Any cancellation should be received as the following condition and subject to a one night cancellation fee- Low Season : 7 ( seven ) days prior arrival
- High Season (July 15 – August 31) : 21 (twenty one ) days prior arrival
- Peak Season (December 21 – January 05) : 30 ( thirty ) days prior arrival
- No show reservation is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights reserved.
- Day Use
A 50 % from the applicable rate is applying for late check out until 18:00. Any extension stay exceeding 18:00 considers a full room charge. - New Year Eve Dinner is compulsory. The New Year Eve Dinner rate is USD 50 ++ / pax
