6. Reservation Guarantee:
   A reservation guarantee or one night deposit is required to secure the reservation as the following condition:

   Low Season : 7 ( seven ) days prior arrival
   High Season (July 15 – August 31 ) : 21 (twenty one ) days prior arrival
   Peak Season (December 21 – January 05) : 30 ( thirty ) days prior arrival
   Balance payment should be settled 7 (seven) days prior arrival

7. Cancellation and No Show Policy Any cancellation received within the following condition is subject to a one-night cancellation fee:

   Low Season : 7 ( seven) days prior arrival
   High Season (July 15 – August 31 ) : 21 (twenty one ) days prior arrival
   Peak Season (December 21 – January 05) : 30 ( thirty ) days prior arrivalNo show reservation or just in case cancellation received on the same day is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights reserved.

8. Day Use :
   A 50 % from the applicable rate is applying for late check out until 18:00. Any extension stay exceeding 18:00 will consider of a full room charge.
9. New Year Eve Dinner is compulsory. The New Year Eve Dinner rate is USD 50 ++ / pax
   Children ( 2 – 12 years old ) is 50% off from adult rate.
