GENERAL INFO
Please read carefully below term and condition when you make a reservation. Any unclear information or should you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to drop your email to us, and we will more than happy to be your assistant.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Your reservation will proceed if you completely fill in our reservation form. You will receive a reply within 2 x 24 hours. if your reservation can not be confirmed our staff will inform you and offer an alternative suggestion.

CONFIRMATION SLIP, PERFORMA INVOICE
We will send your Confirmation Slip and Performa Invoice by e-mail or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. (Please print this confirmation slip and bring together with you). Our office will send the original voucher to the respective hotel.
Note: Please mention your Confirmation Slip if you have any other inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.

PAYMENT
By Credit Card
We request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be send by email or fax to + 62 361 704110 after you submit your reservation request.
Full payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali, except for reservation beyond Bali we be deducted to your credit card. We do accept cash/TC/Visa/Master. Payment by credit card will be converted into local currency (Indonesia Rupiah) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction and will be applied 3% from total amount for bank fee. Our company takes no responsibility for subsequent exchange rates applied by credit card vendor after your departure, when statement is converted into local currency.

By Bank Transfer
50% deposit payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival through Fortuna Tur by Bank transfer (additional fee 10 % from total amount) and balance payment will be collected upon arrive in Bali with conditions:

  1. 7 days prior arrival at Low season
  2. 14 Days prior arrival at High Season (July - September)
  3. 30 days prior arrival at Peak Season (20 December – 10 January)

HIGH SEASON POLICY
Surcharge only for accommodation will be required on high season (period 01 July, 31 September) & peak season (period 20 December 10 January)

CANCELLATION and REFUND
Any cancellation made within 14 days during normal season, 30 days on high season and 45 days on peak season prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee will be applied. The fee will be charged to your credit card. Early check out will be charged one night room value during low season and will be charged full night reserved during high and peak season. No refundable for any unused service.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets. Please read carefully visas regulation at general information.

LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE
Includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the Company’s control.
